I am wanting to know if the Mondeo Throttle body is smaller, larger or the same internal size as the RS1800. Also wanting to know how to modify the Mondeo one if it is the largest please.

 

i have fitted a 2.0 siler top mondao engine in to a ka. the interal and external sizes of the rs1800 inlet is SMALLER. i have had to use it as the plastic 2,0 one is to big. the rs1800 also is smaller then the inlet ports on the engine. hope this helps
