i've found a strange vacuum hose which is connected on the inlet of my cossie 4wd. i have many vacuum hoses on the inlet like every cossie.

i have connected the hoses for the map sensor, dumpvalve, fuel regulator, and my boost gauge. but also this strange hose which leads trough the board behind the engine in the direction to the computer.

but from mine opinion, my L8 computer dont need a vacuum hose.

or am i wrong.

please advice.

No your L8 doesn't need a vacuum hose all i can think of is has someone before you had it had a different boost gauge fitted.?????????

 

but the hose looks like if ford has put it there.

it may be for your air con m8 as i see you have aircon

 

I think you'l find that it is to do with the Air Con.........

 

well, i had aircon. i have now a pro alloy rs500 IC. so no aircon anymore.

but why is the aircon connected to the inlet.
