Is my ECU chipped?

I took my ECU apart today but im not 100% sure if its chipped. on the chip it reads (RS MK2 TYPE 3) Took a pic of it but didnt come out very well. The legs of the chip would indicate its been replaced but like i said im not sure if it is.

prob a supechip derivative. Doesn't matter to be honest mate - they dont do an awful lot.
