Default should I Swap my Rs2000 for a S1?

I have been offered a MINT S1 turbo with a dead bottom end for my K plate RS2000, its well tidy bar a slightly cracked dash and a bit of craking on the rear spoiler, and a slightly saggy drivers seat. recon it sounds like a good deal or not?? I know the car so know there is nothing else wrong with it either what u lot recon?

S1's are good motors and with some pennies thrown at it for a new bottom end you'd have a lot of fun.

Question should really be "do you want it?"

I need a car to travell 200-300 miles a week reliably, whats the fuel cnsumption like on a stg1 conversion? I love rs turbos, and i never had one before I got my cossie so it seems like a good oppertunity for one even if I only keep it a few months

200-300 miles a week mate I'd say forget it mate. I love S1's mate but that sort of mileage would twat the car in no time. Much as it pains me to say it I gotta say stick with what you've got
