How do you change Throttle Body Bearings?

How do you remove these two bearings?
Where can I get some new ones?

I really need to get these out! You can't just push them out because on the inside of the throttle body housing the hole is only big enough to push the butterfly spline through.

From: side way some were in tayside

Rich the only way i can think of would be weld small bolt to centre of bearing and pull out with small slide hammer
