Default MK6 1800 Escort - Lack of Performance, Overfueling

Hi guys,
I've just had an engine swap because the previous one was shot. Before the previous one died, it was overfueling, but was quick.

The new engine is a 130ps one, the ecu I have is still from a 115ps 98R escort.

The MAF is the matching 115ps one.

The car has the odd surge of power but when you floor it, it will normally just fart or judder. When you boot it you can just smell loads of petrol. If you rev it on my nice paved driveway, it will shoot a 6ft long black speckled mess onto it.

It does have a k&n at the moment, I wanted to fit an airbox, but I have the 115ps airbox still, and local breakers didn't have the 130ps one

Any ideas, what could it be?

You need to get the correct ECU for the engine, or it will never fuel right.

I have one in my garage from a 92/93 zetec. When I hook it up and change the wireing over on multiplug to what it should be for that ecu... It just keeps cranking and wont actually turn over.

I posted on here but someone said was edis module?
So how can I put the right ecu on, anyone know?
