RED S2 Escort RS Turbo spotted between Purleigh and A12 Chel
I was wondering if the owner was on here or any one knew where i could find out details of the car seemed fairly impressive as only ever came across a few basically standard RS Turbos before.
It was a Red G reg (i think) had a non welding in roll cage, engine advantages sticker and some evil looking and sounding anti lag by the looks and sounds of things.
I was behind it from Purleigh then until the A12 when it turned colchester bound onto the A12, just real interested in what spec it is
Many Thanks

Im not lying lol 100% standard the only thing different to stock is some decent tyres and super unleaded.
As I said before he was pulling on me on the straights.
Also people that have been in a standard 106gti know how good they handle. But its still not slow by any means and you just have to remember while it may only have 120-130bhp it only weighs 880kg-ish

well theres ya answer then.
small, very light, 120-130bhp, and good round corners. gareth has said he was lettin right off for the bends as his brake force distribution is a little upset at mo due to no weight at the back of the car, but then he was leavin u on the straights. makes perfect sense to me

bit of a old post brought back to life lol. Still, funny reading mind u
for anyone who knows that road, course gareth wouldnt have left him completely behind on the straights, theres hardly any straights along there really. As said, if the pug had followed him onto the a12 it would have been bye bye little french car
