Default 2wd missfire HELP!

Hi everyone i am now the proud owner of my first cosworth! the problem i have is sometimes when im driving along it starts to missfire and then goes back to normal im any rev range, sometimes it does it when im sat at a junction and sometimes it cuts out and then when i go to start her it takes ages! please help as im new to the cosworth scene!

Its standard apart from mongoose zorst, pipercross filter and a group a actuator!

Ive changed the plugs which are gapped to 0.65mm, leads,rotor arm, dizzy cap, phase sensor and ignition module up to now!

Crank sensor would be the next thing I'd look at

i had this problem with mine, its the ect(blue) sensor at the back of the head
