COSWORTH 24V ENGINE is FINE

not driveable, collect from norfolk

 

is the diff on them the same as the 2wd sierra, someone told me they were but never was too sure.

Diff is almost the same
it's a 7.5" LSD the same
but the output flanges are different

but it's only a circlip to remove and fit some cossie ones
then hey presto, low mileage diff from a low powered auto that is 10 times better than an un-re-built one from a sierra cossie that's been doing donuts and launches


with hindsight i shouldn't have sold it, should have put a t5 manual in (auto box was broken) and kept it. oh well

 

I'd have it, but I don't have a trailer or tow car. Would it be driveable with another diff? Which engine is it BOA or BOB? What reg? Aircon work etc?

 

there's a clue there somewhere
