Default how to fit arp head studs?/ how do i recognize a -31 actuato

i have een set of headstuds, how do i fit de studs exactly??

And how do i recognize a -31 actuator??

some people no longer recomend the use of the short ARP studs - stick with the standard headbolts, or fit the long studs from Mountune.

"31" are the last 2 digits of the part number of the "-31" actuators

bollox....i have ARP bolts fitted...works very good..no problems what so ever..

and some scandinavian tuners use them also....

A -31 actuator will have '-31' etched on it somewhere along with the part number. If your actuator's a little grubby (mine was), a bit of Gunk and a toothbrush will bring out the numbers so you can see them.

Was also recommended not to use A.R.P headbolts by a top tuner on here

had already brought them

standard headbolts for me 28psi no troubles yet
