what head do you have fitted with your conversion and why?

 

pumaracing 45mm valve head with custom double valve springs why best head on the market huge flowing Capabilities.

Std CVH - 140/145 cfm
Ported std valve CVH - 160/170 cfm
Std Zetec - 170/175 cfm
Ultimate Ported 45mm BV CVH - 180/190 cfm
Ported std valve Zetec - 190/200 cfm
Ported 33.5mm BV Zetec 210/220 cfm

 

stage 3 flowed and ported (so i was told....)head with 3 angle valveseats
Bought it second hand verry cheap
Put in a kent 35 and rsi springs....

 

Had a Burton stage 3 EFI head with kent cvh35 cam and antipump lifters, EFI because inlet would bolt straight on for the omex management.

That little lot winging its way to rsturbo90

 

just curious really to see who had cvh head, efi head or 16valve head which is the way im thinking of going

 

Go 16v if possible i reckon
