cosworth YB?

Default cosworth YB?

hi guys , head gasket gone on my saff , i tried to order a head set today from ford , i know my lump is a cosworth yb , but he wouldnt order it in until i confirmed this with him , he had 2 sets showing YB and a YL? my cossie is nov 89 2wd , it is a yb head set i need aint it , i went all round the block tonite looking for the yb number for the egit in ford cant finf it any were , even tho i know it is a yb , were does it say it and it there just the one yb head gasket apart from group A etc.. ford thought its listed like yb 101, yb 102, yb 103, altho shown 3 different numbers they are all the same he said
as it costing me a couple hundred euro i just said i check it out first , so can someone confirm what standard head gasket i need for my car , ref number etc , or will i just get a cosworth yb head set, has every thing in the kit!

get a head set from one of the tuners ie Burtons,Woodford,Ggr and a host of others as it WONT cost you as much as from Ford!

Speak to Woodford, they will sort you out, make sure you get the correct stretch bolts though
