5-40 fully synthetic oil ok for standard cosworth?

as title really can get this stuff for virtually nowt, would it be ok to run in a standard 2wd saff.

ideally 10/50 or 10/60 or is it 5/50.

your oil may be too thin.

well they constantly need oil.
