right bought some a few years ago up to 2mile range, they were £20 in a sale from maplin, mainly got them for the skiing holidays ( you know abusing the forigners )

basically £30ish all in, i guess these are illegal in the UK / europe but couldnt give a toss about that!

want to know if they are anygood, as in a really good range? anyone got some 10mile ones?

you might give a toss if you get caught for breaking the wireless telegraphy act

but yes they do work quite well i know someone in the states who has some ... uses em for his skydiving business

 

nah i'll just have to attend court and pay a huge fine
