nice pics

was just wondering how you'd got them to look so crisp on here (as they always look dodgy on this forum) then scrolled down further and noticed only the top 5 come out crisp.

Excellent pics mate. Love the Nur

One has just landed here and it is the most popular thing since sliced bread. Was lucky enough to see it in a rally a couple of weeks back being driven as it should be

Edited after being reliably informed, we had a Z-Tune land here not a Nur although there is at least one of the Nur's here.

This pic makes me laugh...

One car is worth Ł50k+ and the other is worth about Ł11k! R34 GTT's are great value in my opinion and that pic shows they can look cool

Kept on watching you on track, remember the pics from on here. You were properly going for it through that final chicane, looked awesome with no roll at all, I said to my mate compare the lines you were taking through there compared to the others, so so much quicker. Looked great fun

My RX was in the Mazda Rotary Club stand, standard looking red one, wanted go on track myself but didn't think I'd pass the sound levels

That Chicane is actually the ONLY corner on the track that I don't take flat out I have a real fear of smacking the pitwall I take it in third and its a bit off boost... but that one scares me

You don't get to really see much from pit lan sadly at Donno. I was properly going for it everywhere else The Skylines Suspension is VERY VERY good. Nismo G-Attack stuff. Made by Ohlins I believe. Looks properly bling as well

Well you were still alot quicker than most through there!

Yeah can't see too much from the wall, still great to watch the cars come gunning out of the chicane into the start/finish straight

The Time Attack Final was a bit of a anti-climax, as the cars just did not get enough time on track, but the consistency of the PowerStation / Litchfield Subaru Type25 Spec C Race Car did the business and won to become the 2006 Time Attack Champion.

Porkie,
Very nice looking motor and the best shape and colour imho.

I didnt know you had joined in the gay GTR parade!

My car was NOT on the parade lap

I refuse to EVER drive a parade lap as they are the GAYEST thing in the world!

oh and as much as I the Type 25 and its a VERY well speced car
BUT the professional racing driver who drives it is the reason it won in my opinion.

Porkie - Has anything been done to yours? We have a few in the club here with some running big power, they really are formiddable machines.

Yes its really nicely modified. Its not massive bhp for a Skyline. But its very well modified with a quality selection of HKS and Nismo parts Goes really nicely on track for a big beast.

Its got HKS 2530 Kansai turbos on it and they are good for over 600bhp but its only running 1.2 bar now which is around 525bhp for reliability. I will turn up boost soon I think... I just fancy a 'little' bit more power

Thats a very nice amount of power indeed. The bayside blue one in the club here has around that I believe as it has just been rebuilt. We have a mega dyno only 33 GTR which held the Autosalon record for a while but I dont think still does, that runs around 610kw but is not built for the road.

I went for a run in the 34 when it had around 400bhp which was damn scary through some proper twisties we have in the hills here. The driver is a track guru so wasnt holding back. Took me about 6 hours to be able to eat again

Porkie,

Phil is a very very good driver, but i'm not sure your aware he is only one of the team mechanics for TVR though.

True he has bought a few drives in the Moseler (sp?) GT cars, but he doesnt drive professionally for a living.

Just to put this in to perspective..... his car that he uses for his own track use is a Renault 5 Turbo.

He did do a fair bit of cart racing when he was younger (even though he is still a baby at 22 now lol).

He sure has got a lot of natural talent and balls of steel though. ..... doesnt it piss you off.

IMHO there aint much between him and Simon Norris in the driving ability stakes. Simon sure knows how to peddle that EVO.
