Just had a Beef Broth Soup

 

i just finished work and just about to eat roasted beef, yorkshire pudding, veg, roast pots, mushy peas, and gravy, mint sauce, cant beat it or and watching f1 chinese grand prix

just put the beef on having a full roast like every sunday but have it at about 5ish, gonna have a few jars an watch the GP i think,

then should be off out to see judge jules tonight,

Ribeye Steak!

 

Just had a fantastic bacon sarnie, made with local smoked bacon and smothered in Dolcellatte blue cheese, topped off with HP sauce.

Tonight I've got me Dad coming round for a roast, doing roast potatoes, Lamb parcels and chicken breast stuffed with cheese wrapped in bacon.

Really must go on a diet sometime

im on a strict diet so ive got weat free, gluten freen bread, pepper humus and tofu on the side

got some more bean curd curry tonight


i also had musli with soya milk this morning

Fuck me, can't remember the last time I had a roast.... I'm far too lazy to cook one, and it ain't worth it for just my old dear and me, so she don't bother either.....

I just had two Bernard Matthews Turkey Drummers and some potato waffles tho Rah rah rah, lol

Im single too dude but I always try and have a decent meal on a Sunday night to set me up for the week. Its the only time I eat green veg and it makes a change from all the takeaways and packet shite I eat the rest of the week.

 

well imagine how i feel,,, ive got that for 6 fucking weeks and depending on the result i either carry on or go to stage 2,,,,,,, think im starting to miss my heartburn


no beer for a week either and just 1 or 2 at the end of the week


worst thing is im PAYING a personal trainer to do this shite to me

Probably McD's later on as I am at work at 5:30.

 

1st sunday in months im not eating a roast, just had a kfc then getting ready for a night out in about an hour or so, sunday nights the new friday

Lamb this week, but usually pork. And all home grown veg.

 

tuna , pasta , cheese and a dob of mayo !! lovely !!
