Me & a few others are getting a group buy sorted for the ultra rare 3.14:1 front diff crown & pinions.
They where made 16 years ago by a firm for turbo technics.
2nd hand they are worth about £1000 for the pair but you try & find them

I have found the orginal blue prints & the factory that made them who will make some more but one will cost £1050, so to get the price down we need to club together. 10 C & P's work out too £550 each
These are new front C & P not recut or bodged old ones.

These diffs will:
1. Change the gearing of the car.
2. Lets you hit 60mph in 2nd reducing your 0-60 by 0.5 secs.
3. Will reduce your fuel consumption.
4. Reduces revs at 70mph by 250rpm so it's not as loud or stressful.
5. Increase your top speed by at least 20mph if you have the power.

These diffs are a amazing upgrade for a TT 2.9 car but will benifit other cars that use the xr4x4 transmission set-up too.

Please note you will have to find your own 3.14:1 rear diff to match that Ford fitted to Sierra's & granada's.
There is thousands of them but less than 50 of the fronts

It has done 80,000miles attached to a engine making 350lbs so you can see the quality is fantastic. Hardly any wear.
