tried to install ipod shuffle to no avail.....i have tried everything i could but still wont work. I took the shuffle to an apple shop yesterday and it worked perfectly and i also tried it in my mates PC which too regognised it straight away. My pc will just not recognise it at all and comes up with a message saying"USB device not recognised". Why wont it work on my pc????......would greatly appreciate any help.

Have you installed the software correctly and have you tried using a different usb slot?

 

ive tried all 6 of my ports and none work....ive just tried my brand new nano and thats the same. Im getting pissed off now,gonna chuck them both out the friggin window soon

yes....everything else works in all ports so i have no idea
