whats so special in it? What that "dog" thing means?

 

could actually mean two things, but it does most likely have dog rings instead of synchro rings, which allows you to change gears without using the clutch.

also it could mean that its a dog leg box which is a gear box with the first gear down to the left instead of up to the left.

are all gears in the same place as a t5 gearbox or is 1st gear down were 2nd is ??

 

Glebe boxes are usual H pattern , they are " Dog " engagement as opposed to "Syncro" engagement , not Dog leg 1st !
