Series 1 gearbox

Series 1 gearbox
I know they go on, but as the FRST's have ABS I heard there was something the FRST boxes have which affects this? If so will the box work correctly???

i thought series 1 boxes dont fit as they only have 6 bellhousing bolts where as the fiesta and series 2 have 8?

My mate has a CTS box stage 2 on his FRST and that was at some point a s1 box
