Default Gearbox for 2.0 zvh turbo

Hello everyone.

I've got a 2.0 ZVH turbo erst wich will boast about 1-1.3 bar.
It's got an old rst gearbox wicht is beginning to make some weird noizes

What bhp can a good rst box take or what kind of box would i need to get mij horses to the road... it's going to make around 250 bhp i reccon

Was thinking of a stage 2 like here...

http://www.gearboxman.co.uk/psgearboxes.html

Thnx a lot

Standard RS box will shit it's self pretty quickly at 200 ft lbs which is far
more relevent a figure than peak horse power.

Try Derek at DS Motor sport ( 01353 720586) usually restores RS200's
so is used to high powered vehicles and actually supplies and certain
gentleman named 'Bernard' that most think of when discussing
uprated rst boxes.

CTS?? where's that? link?

well , was on the rollers today and did a run with 0.7 bar..

had 214 Bhp and 271 nm.. don't what that is in lb/ft is...

plan is to go for 1.3 bar but i need a turbo with less lag or let the engine revv higher..... max power was @ 5550....

Well think it will be a trip to england this winter for a boxx..

Thanx all....
