hello all i wonder if you could help me

for some reason my locks open if closed and i use the alarm pad but when it come to closing them the pin goes down but dont lock the doors / boot when i use the alarm pad
just to explain it quick
any help

sounds like the lock/s may be faulty then mate if when you press the button the pin goes down but the doors dont lock.

what happens if you lock the doors manually off the key?

sorry should have mentioned that

the car locks no probs with the keys

 

i'd check the alarm wiring. the alarms have one wire to pulse the doors open and one to pulse them shut. maybe the one to lock them has come loose or got a bad connection.
