Anyone got any good tips for removing these? Picked up a good condition rear bumper and tried to get the caps off to make getting it in the car easier, but they proved to be a challenge

Things look a little fragile so just wondering if anyone has any tips to help me in my way

 

take the bumper off, cant get em off otherwise.if you mean their stuck on the bumper, get someone to pull on it both hands near the bumper not one either side and you pull on the actual bumper!or chap off gently with a rubber mallet. could give it a wiggle to release dirt etc.

 

That would suggest its off the car

Well i was trying to release the clips inside, surely brute force and ignorance is just going to break the clips off and then they will never go back on secure again
