Got my classic additions custom cover today so thought id test fit it.........
I must say, im really impressed with it and the fit is absolutley perfect!!! I can highly recommend these for anyone considering a car cover. Well worth the money.
It cost me £245 with my rsoc discount. There £225 (with discount) without the ford badge. They initially said it would be 4-6 weeks delivery, but in arrived in 3 weeks.
DUDE_SWEET_FRST Its elasticated round the bottom and fits snug under the splitter and rear bumper.
Are the covers waterproof and breathable for outside use ?
No its not waterproof mate. Mines the indoor cover. I assume they do an outdoor one though.
Cheers! been thinking of getting a cover for a while now but I have been told that the external ones accelerate the rotting process, because they trap the damp and stop the air from circulating,
There might be some truth in that though because I've kept my car outside with no cover since 1991 and it's only this year that the metal cancer has started to appear on the rear door, not bad for a 19 year old ford
So I'm still not sure wether there a good thing or not
