Hi
I'm looking to change the management on my S2 and want to get rid of the rubbish Mfi. have so many problems with non starting etc...

I'm looking for aout 200bhp tops from the engine.
do both options get rid of the metering head?
also how much would this cost as i'm not amazin with the spanners
and what are the beneifts of each?
please help

not worth changing imo if u only got 200bhp.if u was running a bit more it mite be worth it only a few people can map efi grove garage msd. cossie mangment a few more people can do it

Get a megasquirt, the fuel proper managment will save you alone will soon pay for it.

yes will get rid of metering unit.

also maybe consider gotech from jamsport heard only good things,
bu as has been said, ke can manage 200bhp easily. But apparently car does drive better on efi. IIRC you gotta budget 1500+ for buying all the parts and then having it mapped afterwards.

also worth contacting Jano@oddkidd reations as he does alot of the parts to convert to efi.

best bet would be to speak to your chosen tuner and see what they reccomend for that sort of power and what ecu they can/ are willing to map

as alex says if it just a power hyke then wouldnt bother changing

but if its efficency then megasqirt at bellow £250 or gotech direct from south africa for £250+ delivery
