Unseize a zetec bottom end

the head has been off for a while and so has the sump, and I cant turn it over

I need help please

scrap it and get another, its a lot easier and potentially alot cheaper

leave diesel in the bores over night it will soak through thr rust and free it all up

Well for a start the bores will be rusty so will need to be stripped and have the bores honed to remove all rust.

crank etc should be removed and checked for rust on the journals (should be ok as will still be oily.

Every thing should be stripped, checked and cleaned. Most likley it will be the rusty rings and bores that are stopping you from turning it over. If the rings are rusty you will need to replace them unless doing a budget bodgy build
