sorry, I should have put more info, but was in a rush before.
Ive been considering starting up a lettings agency myself for some time because:
1. Its sales element ( I come from a sales background )
2. Start up costs seem reasonably low to start off with
3. I need to be my own boss.
4. Property is something I could be reasonably interested in.
The questions I have; well everything I need to know really.
Is there good money to be made still or is it an overly saturated market already?
What certification etc do you have to have/organisations do you have to join, to start up?
How many properties do you need on your books to be successful?
What are the average percentages/charges?
etc etc really, any info appreciated
thanks
