Basicly i won an auction on a carbon bonnet for my rs over 3 months ago and paid over 3 months ago. since then i've had 1 or 2 calls bullshit boh times about haivng it delivered then giving me my money back.

Now he seems to be ignoring all emails, phone calls..... Now the intresting part is. He doesnt seem to relise i know where he lives!

Decisions? I'm thinking of going allong with my friend mr baseball bat, though if hes not in i dont really want to get arrested for breaking and entering pmsl. any ideas?

I have mobile and home phone numbers full address etc>

Trading standards if it was a company, or someone posing as a company

then the VAT and tax man would love to give him a visit too and quite possibly customs and excise if he is importing and exporting

For a start, report him to ebay, you can probably get your money back.

 

Hes closed his ebay account and the linked paypal was his now exgirlfriends so its messy that way

 

You should still be entitled to your money back, i'm sure ebay have some kind of non-payer policy that protects you?
