right then, need a couple of new suspension bushes,
Is it better to replace with something like deflex or with standard ford as the car is a road car, standard height on standard shocks.

Fit uprated one's either Deflex or powerflex.

I have deflex on my mk2 fiesta and powerflex on my Series 2 both seem good

Defelx is ok. Standard rear ones are "ok" as well, but they are not available without the complete wishbone.
