Yep, or Macromedia Fireworks.
I reckon Thrush would do what I do, and duplicate the layer, extract the car with no background on one layer, and apply a filter to the original layer - which gives the 'artistic' background.

By the way u know the two pictures of the car, can those layers be saved so I can mess around with Backgrounds so I dont have to be a pain and hassle people cos Im too stupid to use photoshop.

Bill - yup thats the way I do it, but I do the loooooooong handed way (as not got photoshop installed on here currently - I have to use Paint Shop Pro 7 and normal MS Paint
) Cut the car out using freehand lasoo thing, lift it off pic, then arty-farty the backround, then paste the car back in again. Then apply borders etc in MS Paint, then layer with text, other pics etc
Thats why my sigs take so long
