got a mark 3 XR3i at the mo, just aquired a fiesta turbo lump with all the EFi and everything.

i've heard theres alot of differences beetween the wiring of a MFi and the EFi, was just wondering if people who've done the conversion before could shed some light on exactly whats involved.

and is there somebody who would make me up a custom loom?

Just done it on mine is a really easy conversion. If you have got the fiesta turbo loom, you will find one plug that would have gone to the originals cars main loom. There should be 7 wires on it. Get a wiring diagram and trace where these wires go ie: live, switch live earth fuel relay etc You will need to make a mini harness for the ecu and fuel pump relay but doing it this way saves removing all the original loom. You will also need a frst flywheel or 1.8cvh bottom pulley setup to run the dizzy less spark.

 

i've got the FSRT flywheel with the engine and the bigger 220mm clutch as well.

 

Shouldnt have much trouble doing it then matey take it you will be running t3 and not t2

 

yeah stage 3 T3 lined up. wil have to source a fiesta turbo loom i think.

could you post up a diagram of what wires have been chaged etc...
