Piece of piss Tiff.

Rocker cover off, rockers off, old tappets out, new tappets in, cover the lot in lubrication, rockers back in, clean the old gasket off the head/rocker cover, rocker cover back on with a new gasket. Don't forget the crossover pipe will have to come off to get the rocker cover off and I am not sure if the throttle body needs to be moved out of the way also.

Technical term is hydraulic tappets or hydraulic cam followers.

You need to change the cam other wise your old one will chew your new lifters and theyl be tapping in no time all over again as your cam is worn

CVH top ends are poorly designed and slowly wear from the moment the engine first runs, the reason they start to tap is because the cam lobes wear, and after a while start to dish the bottoms of the lifters. As a result it gets to a stage where the lifters can no longer soak up the clearance in the valve train, and hence the tapping.

Fitting new lifters alone will last all of a few minutes until the worn cam has munched them up again

They are all the same things really mate. The only difference is solid and hydraulic.

Thats better!

Let me know if you do upgrade and you can have my ECU which is chipped already and my -31 actuator. You can always revert the car back to standard if you come to sell it then.

My car is having something else fitted to it instead.
