I read that Karl had tweaked Porkies car as it was not mapped properly

Please continue on this thread as we need to know whoever mapped it previously to make 605bhp was so we dont use them.

IMA you know NOTHING as usual. Karl did not touch the map on Porkies car today. FACT!

I have Porkies car to set up the corner weights etc and the trip over to Karls was to put a few miles under its belt etc.

The car was mapped by Simon and Harvey on Harveys dyno.

Sean..

I'll make an exception just this time and comment to keep the peace. Sean and I were going to have quick check over of Porkies map due to some idling problems, so that the car is fully ready for the weekend. This was to help Martin as he is on holiday at the momment and has'nt had the time to sort it himself. (Neither will he before the weekend hence the offer to get porkie sorted in time)

However we ran out of time yesterday as priority was Brom's car and thus Porkie's car was not actually checked over.

It's as simple as that.

Phil,
The only part of the map that was done on the dyno were the WOT load points, the rest of the fine tuning was supposed to be done weeks ago in the car by Martin / Stu or Karl. But due ONLY to lack of time, it never got done (the car only got "finished" this week) , so the idle control etc still has to be sorted (along with all the part throttle elements and det testing in the car etc).

I suppose that has put an end to your stirring - sorry .

TOTALLY SPOT ON!

Huge thanks to Martin, Sean, Brom (and all at Zoo!), Karl, Stu/Kenny and Dingy.

ALL have given or offered help to try to get the car on track this weekend and it looks like it may actually make it!

Sean actually deserves a medal this week, what he has been doing has been sooooooooooooo far beyond the call of duty its unbelievable
