Default Tarmac tire vs. USA road construction . . .

Had a big vibration after, but the tire held together and drove it home. Notice it wore thru a steel belt - gotta love rally tires, steel belted sidewalls too!

Here's some other pictures as I had the camera out . . .

Where did you get the center carbon fibre bit from?
The one which normally houses the center vents and dials.

I got those from motordrive and the carbon floor panels, tunnel liner, and door cards too - just put those on last week. . . I know it doesn't make it go any faster, but looks really cool to me.

The dash pieces are sold in four - the gauge cluster spot, center upper dash, lower dash, and passenger side.

Must have cost a bloody fortune.

Only would want that part described. Oh well, eventually I'll get there.

I'm sure they would sell the one part - really it's just a curved piece of carbon fibre that you cut to fit.

The bit that normally houses the center vents, clock and heater dials, etc...

I've ditched the center vents and I've put a piece of carbon there which holds 3 SPA gauges but the problem is that just that bit of the dash on an Esc Cos is curved a bit so the carbon plate doesn't fit flush.
Ideally, I would like a carbon plate with 3 52mm holes in it which are a bit angled towards the driver to take my SPA gauges.

OMG!

An Escort Cossie on the roads in the USA?!?!?

Bet that confuses the hell out of people trying to guess what it is!

Looks sweet - good job you had those tyres!

Cheers,

Andy
