Default RS500 intercooler with extra charge cooler - worth it?

I have the opertunity to get a charge cooler to put on my sapph, remote boot mounted tank etc.

As I've got a RS500 size I/C, is it worth getting?

Before you ask I don't have an ACT gauge, but is a 500 I/C good enough on its own or is the CC just going to be overkill?

CC's don't seem to get used much on cossies, is it due to the price?

Worth it for a quarter mile car maybe.

For a road or track car not I'd say

No pics, Bren used to be a strong user of the RS BB a couple of years ago, he had it made and when he moved on to Nissans I bought it.

Does the job fine, fits good.

If it was cheap then it can only do good and no harm

But cossie chargecoolers are pretty fookin tiny so cant see them having a big effect anyhow

aparently there is an alloy tank to go in the boot so heat soak won't be a problem.

I'll have a look monday and see what its about.

I got the bloke a cracking deal on a 377hp fully rebuilt engine, bling, samco, T5 etc etc so I figure he owes me a favour!
