Also has "www.feoc.co.uk" on number plates. Reg S655BEU.

Def a cop - he was wearing a white shirt, with those blue squares and numbers on his shoulders and a peaked cap on the dash.

 

possibly just a regular cop on his way home from work, nothing to say its an undercover traffic car
