How oooooooold is this! I posted up them pics yr+ ago, and plenty time since.

They not even genuine XS Power ones, they were fake fakes

Id not use that as any gauge of how good they are, esp as 1000s of people use them.

Something a bit more precise is the fact that Holset have tested a lot of these Chinese turbos as many of the companies have directly ripped off their turbos (as well as Garrett and everyone else).

Conclusion is they perform almost identically to the versions they copied off, but arnt quite as well made and wont last as long. But not made in a particularly shoddy way, just dont expect them to last quite as long as standard bits.

So you would say that in general most Ebay turbos ARE fit for purpose then?
