Default Tomtom go 510, speed cameras?

Just got a 510 to make my next job easier, any FREE speed camera stuff about?

i thought the new 510 already comes with fixed camera warning already on them?

They come preloaded on them. Go to options, make sure all options are shown. Then find shoe points of interest. Simply scroll through and turn all the cameras on.

Other than that subscribe to tom tom for the updates. Works out about £45 a year.

Camera types in the database

There are currently six main categories in the PGPSW camera database; some of the main categories are also subdivided into speed related sites. The main categories are:

Gatso: Fixed camera locations. I.e. mainly Gatso and Truvelo speed cameras.
Mobile: Locations where Safety Partnership camera vans and police regularly check your speed.
Redlight: Traffic light cameras
Temp: Temporary camera installations, e.g. Road works.
SPECS: Also called Section cameras. This uses digital cameras that photograph your vehicle and number plate as you pass each camera. The system then automatically calculates your average speed over the section (distance divided by time).
