Is a zetec and cvh starter motor the same???????

I think IIRC the Zetec starter bolt pattern is a little diff but not a great deal so it may be poss to make a cvh one go in its place if ya get stuck i got an auto one which i think are the same as the manual but im not sure may have a manual one somewhere too.
I used a Zetec starter on my old CVH with no problems, mainly for the fact it's much lighter than a CVH one.
Then used the same starter on my new Zetec, so should be interchangeable. But go for the Zetec if you can as it's smaller and lighter.
