I'm fucked off to the hilt about reading shit like this - whatever happened to looking after number one? home soil and all that?

All it seems to me is that this country is far too fucking bothered to think about some wanker 10000 miles away in the middle of a rice field checking passports and going "oooooo, i'm offended" - what the fuck is this country coming to

 

I've had three sets of photos rejected, so far, really can't be bothered sorting out a fourth and I was supposed to be going to Rotterdam next month......no chance of that, now!

 

Its fucking stupid, it really is!

The daft thing is, that from what ive seen most of the muslims dont actually want all this stupid fucking special treatment that the do-gooders seem to be obsessed with giving them, most of them just want to live their lives their way and let us live our lives our way

Think you've missed the point, it's not the Passport office's policy to reject photos for that reason but the post office clerk herself who thought it would be rejected...another symptom of PC scaring normal people into irrational decisions

 

Putting it plain and simple.

The more I read about wankers being PC like this, the more I want to live in a different country. If I had the capitol in the bank, or could raise it easily, then I would not be living in the UK -that is a fact

If you read it properly it simply says that a post office counter staff member suggested it may offend muslims not "NO YOU CANT HAVE A PASSPORT"

Absolute bollocks. This is ''normal'' people taking political correctness to a place beyond sane...''I was trained to check size, but I think I'll just stick up for muslims even though I'm probably not a muslim and haven't a clue what would offend muslims anyway''.

My picture got rejected the other week as it ''was incorrect size'' I then got a 2nd opinion from the woman next to my clerk who said the size was fine..the clerk then told me that the contrasts would be wrong as the ''scanner wouldn't be high enough quality to pick out the detail''...are you telling me the passport office would charge me £51 for a passport and then use a £20 scanner? or are you just being an utter cock because you couldn't reject it on size and you really wanted to....
