i'm not after a massive hike in power but i'll defo keep an eye on this threadfor info. is there like a ph1 kit (de restriction with small boost upgrade?) i've noted jamsports number

 

All i did to mine was take the actuator arm off and wind it out a little lol has given it a bit more boost and been running like that now for almost a year gonna wind it right out soon as the car is not worth keeping when the mot runs out at the end of sept and its gonna be cheeper to buy another car than repair the sills etc etc on my rot box wonder how long it will last then pmsl

 

if you go onto the mondeo forums and do a search they are turnning the boost up and turning the pump up to suit (they have diagrams to show you) and are taking them from 88bhp to 105-110bhp

Actually ones you've played with the pump they don't go that bad tbh, i can only imagine they'ed go quite well with a bigger intercooler and boost played with. Infact i'm sure i've seen a fiesta TD with a few mods putting out 150bhp? from ft.com.

the duratec's do (well mine does), it sits in the engine bay like a scooby's.

 

Duratec is a petrol mate!!

The Endura DE had an intercooler on top of the engine.

 

and i have to tune this thing....god help us all you are quite right mate, mine is the endura DE.
