I'm selling My M3 Evo Convertible to buy a nice FRP

I hear the brakes are a problem but what else should i lbe looking for on these cars.

The prices differ alot - Surely if the belts have been done and its been looked after then i shouldn't be spending £2k more than i have to.

I was looking at spending £6k but its looking more like £7k now
