Default sapphire boot floors

im currently doing a bit of a resto on my sapphire, just started stripping underneath unfortunatly the spare wheel well is quite rotten with a few holes in it, can the boot floor be removed or is it a case of cutting the rotten bit out and replacing it with a good second hand one?

think reshell is going to be best at the moment as everywhere i look on this one its rotten, so far it needs:

both sides inner sills
both sides outer sills
drivers side rear quarter
passenger side outer arch
drivers side inner arch
rear panel
spare wheel well

quite alot of work there and with paint etc its going to be easier and cheaper to just use it as a donor for another shell.
