Please help my series two rs turbo has started smoking, it only smokes on boost driving normally or on ideal she is fine, also a flat spot has developed around 4000rpm in 3rd gear.

Lots of smoke out the exhuast on boost and i also noticed smoke coming out of the turbo or gaskett please see pic below.

I live near gatwick if anyone would like to take a look, beer in payment!!

Sounds like turbo's gone chap

 

How come she's still boosting then (sorry new to this turbo lark)

Wheres a good place to get my turbo done how much should i look to pay

sorry i meant the oil seals are leaking but doesnt stop turbo boosting up as normal, prob cheaper to get a 2nd hand turbo rather than pay for a strip down
