agree Plynchy, there was a couple going round today, love em, sound lovely aswell
Mine sounds fookin great! De-cat & mongoose, only got 1 box in the system, nice burble when cruising but roars it's tits off on boost. Will be taking it round Donny on Saturday before Nat day, bit concerned that it's TOO loud.
Great cars for the money.

You're right there, my Focus is reliable.

or do you put it back on for MOT time............
Officially it WILL fail, got my first MOT in November, but i've known the tester for years so i'll see what can be done.
If I have to put the cat back on it's a half hour job, so not too bad.

Personally I think that as mentioned, too much compo for them to have really stood out, don't in my eyes have the same special feel as a cosworth 3 door or escos.
Also, and i am most likely totaly wrong, but aren't disc and pads etc very expensive ££?? may put people off them.

I seen a few this week go up in price.
Depends on milage, bodywork condition and how someones looked after the car.
When looking for my FRS i looked a couple of £13-£14k cars and they were shocking. One had been abused badly, and the other had filler on the arches, badly resprayed with runs in the paint.
Which is why i was glad to find a low miler without any paint work on it and payed a higher price

I'm JOKING here, not starting that debate again.
IMO the FRS should keep it's value pretty well (I hope
) as it's a bloody storming car and more worthy of the RS badge than any other FWD RS, except maybe the S1 RST. IMO of course. And i really like the looks, not as "in yer face" as an Escos but very subtle and distinctive.

Mass debate ..............................ooooooooooeeeeeeerrr rrrrr missus
I disagree, the ST will help the FRS hold its value. In 2 years time there will ALOT more ST's on the 2nd hand market and they will all have dropped like a stone in 2nd hand value because they are mass produced and there will be loads forsale.
The FRS has the RS badging to help keep values higher and there will be ALOT less forsale compaired to the ST so they will become a desireable car.
As for not a true RS ????? Its based on the WRC rally car, Colin Mcrae helped with the suspension set up, It has great handling, good power and are great to drive, so why isnt it a true RS ?
Oh is it because it doesnt have a Cosworth badge?
Oh the only thing it doesnt do like a "true" RS is breakdown constantly

Where is the ST faster? In all tests i have seen the FRS has either been slightly quicker around a track or they have set the same times.
Whats all this FWD shit about? These days FWD isnt a problem for a well designed chassis and suspension set up.
