I'm just back - had a good day as always.

High light of my day was seeing the White Fiesta Turbo "Doing" the Evo on the track I was loving it I tell ya

 

My highlight of the day was seeing Chris Todds mk1 Fiesta do 0-60 in 3-seconds.

What a Monster!

 

for me it was the mk 4 escort drag car taking out the fence on the first 0-60 run

o and I spotted chip in a gay lord shirt

 

Mine was seeing the C plate white xr2 whooping everyone on the
tracke session around 4ish was the most funny thing ever!!

I loved the gt500 mustang But overall i didnt think it was as good as last year, didnt seem as big etc

that bloke who lost a wheel out on the track, parked it up, went to have a look, then walked back with a "oh bollocks" walk to the other side of he car where the marshalls were already on the scene

Someone said on another forum some big power grey escoss crashed or had issues with a hub exploding in one of the later sessions, dont know how true this his

 

yes I spotted a escos on a truck minus front hub

 

watched it happen

it was after the first corner and these 2 escos's were giving it full beans round the track, i think one was blue and one was grey, but can't qute rememebr now, one had the performance ford logo down the side of it
anywa, the performance ford one finally got ahead of he other one and, in what seemed to be the run in lap, the second escos slowed down right in front of us and then pulled to the side, then pulled back ou again and thenpulled over to the near side while the nsf wheel went rolling down the track into the gravel trap

the food pricing is becoming a joke, it's not even as if the food prices are consistent during the whole year, especially when they all use the same catering firms

one side of the park was Ł5.50 and the other sied it was only Ł3.20 (which is still too much but much more reasonable)

Steve Scott was in the bluey one and the one that lost a wheel was Stuart Whyte who came down from Scotland with Chris Doherty in the dark pink Escos. Stuart and Chris both race with Steve in the Ford Saloon Car Championships.

just got back ,had a very good day and saw some extremely fast cars out on track today.got some photos of the A and M escos that hit the wall and lost the wheel and hit the wall,will put them on when ive transferred them in a while.nice to put a few faces the names on here too(doug in his cracking escos and gracie in his cos powered beemer )loike i say i had a good day and will be back next year,now gonna put some suncream on my arms and shoulders

Had great fun on the track perfect 1st session no hicups except for the fan switch plug falling off but all ok

2nd session I was out with the ABC motorsport Escos cracking fun really pushed it after he ran wide at copse then I decided to fall of the track into the cat litter at the start finish pit they were using

But all in all fecking great Day !
