You can buy plastic welding rods from anyone that stocks sealey products if you want to build it up.

.....and as said above carefully use a soldering iron.

get some plastic of the same type and melt it onto the join.

Hold the 2 pieces together like how there are meant to be, then with a hot iron, lighlty scrap from one side the other going across the join, if done properly you shouldn't need more plastic

i have a plastic welder full industrial set up thing for welding pipes together, if you wernt so far then i would of done it for ya pal.

i welded all my quad plastics up when i decided to put my knee's through them.........owwww

why dont you just glue it, then smooth it over with soldering iron if you're that way inclined?

Its actually got to hold a bit of weight which is why I think they where so common to break so its gonna have to be a good join really.

Doubt I'll make Nat Day because the missus is due to drop and time up till then anyone fancy picking me one up lol

it WILL snap again if you plastic weld it. mine did 3 times


what is did was cut a small piece of stanless steel to fit over the length of the webbed area, then drilled and pop rivveted it in place, it allows it to be slightly flexible but wont come off again.....
