Group A...
You will find that its a YBO200 part number which is in fact... wait for it.....
A std cambelt by gates..
Or even a 58144.... which is.. wait for it..
The same cambelt with a Gates own part number on it

The Grp A belt is twice as thick as std and does give you alot more confidence
I went to Mountune for mine and cost £35 for it....and it came with mountune plastered over the belt..which was nice

Phil if it was twice as thick it wouldnt fit
What im saying is 99% of traders selling a "Group A" belt are selling a standard item and it will come beautifully adorned with one of teh above part numbers

Well Woodfords sell the thicker one as the Grp A so do Mountune and Ford Motorsport.
We all know they aint "officially" a Grp A belt and are in fact if i recall correctly a range rover or land rover std belt?????BUT they are used for Motorsport hence the "grp a" name.

Stu...its an in the mind thing mate
When i asked for a cambelt from Ford and it came out looking like you could tear it i said NOOOOOOOO i aint using that.....of course the one on my car when i bought it was the grp a belt so i had to replace it with the same meatier looking belt.
Be warned dont use the std belt on big turbo/bhp applications due to heat and possible std belt failure!
