Mk5 clutch pedal on mk4 !!!!!
Anyone know why this is rubbing on the steering column - fitted as per AP website but pedal seems to sit to high - anything i can do to rectify this ???
you adjust the nut/bolt to where you want the pedal to sit as it's no more self adjusting afaik?
"Adjust the bolt until the desired pedal position is achieved."

yea, it's basically an on/off feel with very little control over the mid point!
You'll find when setting off (if you dont stall) it'll vibrate the car a fair bit, will lessen as the clutch beds in (give it 1000 miles, prob wont totally dissapear), it's just the imperfections it picks up on the flywheel app. Also, you'll prob find you need to rev it allot higher when takin off, lift clutch up to get it rolling, then back down, rev it and lift it back up to take off. . find that's the best way, but have no real experienc ewith using a padle clutch
