I have some part worn dunlop 15" slicks.

Size is 200/580R15 and I must have around 10 in various states.

Is it true about 16" slicks not being used on track days now

Thats a step in the wrong direction cost wise... 16" slicks you can get second hand for about £25 - £30 each.

15" slicks go for about double that.

 

even at double, there never seems to be any around

unless YOU know of any

 

I could do with a set of slicks for 16s.

 

Someone told me once, that some track circuits are stopping 16" slicks

 

As mentioned below I have some part worn slicks available in the size 200/580R15. They are Dunlop SP Sport and have the markings A46D 720 on them. They came with my 3dr Cossie racecar when I bought it at the start of the year. I now have to run on a treaded tyre so they are surpluss to my requirements. I have tried to measure tread as best I can and are as follows:

1 x never used as new
2 x 2.5mm
2 x 2mm
1 x 1.5mm

I also have 4 currently mounted on wheels which I can remove if you are looking for more.

these 190/570-15 will be ok on your car on 6.5" to 8" wheel max



if you got 6" wheels you will get a bit of tyre roll
